Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention, renewals, and expansion targets within the South Waikato region
• Ensure farmers extract full value from the Halter system to achieve business goals
• Support onboarding, training, and implementation of the system on customer farms
• Cultivate genuine and trustworthy relationships with farmers, managers, and their teams
• Partner with customers to establish clear business goals, timelines, and success metrics
• Provide prompt communication and support to address technical or operational challenges
• Represent the Halter brand in the community and lead local discussion groups
• Act as a customer advocate by bridging the gap between farmers and product teams
• Provide technical and practical advice regarding reproduction, pasture, and agronomy

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or account management
• Experience in dairy farming or the agriculture sector
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high autonomy
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
