Responsibilities

  • Own revenue retention, renewals, and expansion targets within the Manawatu region
  • Support onboarding, training, and implementation of the Halter system on customer farms
  • Cultivate genuine and trustworthy relationships with farmers, their teams, and families
  • Partner with customers to establish business goals, timelines, and success metrics
  • Provide prompt communication and support to address technical or operational challenges
  • Act as a customer advocate, bridging the gap between farmers and product teams
  • Represent the Halter brand in the community and lead local discussion groups

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or account management roles
  • Experience in dairy farming or the agriculture sector
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high autonomy
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep passion for helping farmers succeed
  • Technical and practical knowledge regarding reproduction, pasture, and agronomy
