Responsibilities
- Own revenue retention, renewals, and expansion targets within the Bay of Plenty region
- Ensure farmers extract full value from the Halter system to achieve business goals
- Support onboarding, training, and implementation of the system on customer farms
- Cultivate genuine and trustworthy relationships with farmers, managers, and their teams
- Provide prompt technical and operational support to address farmer challenges
- Act as a customer advocate by bridging the gap between farmers and product teams
- Represent the Halter brand in the local community through networking and discussion groups
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or account management
- Experience in dairy farming or the agriculture sector
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
