About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals to support revenue targets
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calling, email outreach, and networking
- Manage and track sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems
- Cultivate relationships with local schools, youth sports organizations, businesses, and community groups
- Represent the organization at charitable events, networking functions, and sales meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute group offerings
- Provide exceptional service and relationship management for ticket buyers to drive renewals and referrals
- Assist in the planning and execution of group experiences and game day activations
Requirements
- Experience in ticketing sales or service, preferably in professional sports, luxury, or hospitality
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and set up/break down sales tables
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Archtics and Salesforce is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
