Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline at 4x of quota, targeting a monthly addition of $400k in new opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing high-value deals
  • Complete and iterate on detailed account plans for Tier-1 agencies like the Department of Treasury and Department of Energy
  • Apply MEDDPICC methodology to all opportunities to ensure high win rates
  • Partner with Sales Engineers and Capture Managers for sales interactions
  • Maintain meticulous Salesforce hygiene and weekly forecasting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional sales experience
  • At least 5 years specifically calling into the Department of Treasury
  • Proven track record of over-quota achievement in B2G SaaS
  • Deep familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and multi-level CXO selling skills
  • Must be based in the Washington, D.C. Metro area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships within the Department of Treasury
  • Familiarity with graph-based intelligence tools or supply chain risk management (SCRM) solutions
  • Experience navigating procurement cycles during Continuing Resolutions (CR)
