Account Manager Global

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic global clients, serving as a key contact for day-to-day servicing needs.
• Develop and maintain excellent commercial relationships with clients and their brokers.
• Participate in regular meetings and calls with clients and brokers to ensure high-level service.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to optimize customer relationships, account profitability, and service efficiency.
• Provide expert support regarding credit limits, collection cases, claims, and policy queries.
• Support the team with administrative tasks including policy updates, renewals, and reporting.
• Partner with the Global New Business team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• University, HBO, or equivalent degree.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective client strategies.
• Excellent command of both written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Strong drive, self-starter mentality, and a result-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently with a confident and energetic personality.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate in a global environment.
