Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of business consisting of mid-market supplier accounts
• Empower accounts through education, resources, and enablement to drive long-term retention
• Pitch, cross-sell, and upsell new activity listings and commission negotiations
• Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide a world-class supplier experience
• Monitor partner health by reducing cancellation rates and increasing review scoring
• Review account performance regularly and proactively flag expansion opportunities

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
• Experience in tech or a marketplace environment
• Proven track record of hitting commercial targets
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust
• Data-driven mindset with comfort working with performance metrics
• Proactive, ownership-oriented attitude
• Bilingual skills in Spanish or French is a plus
