Account Manager General Commercial Print Indigo and Pagewide Inkjet

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial print accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop customized Indigo and Pagewide Inkjet solutions aligned to client business needs
• Prepare proposals, quotes, pricing, and contract details to support revenue growth
• Capture and qualify leads, maintain pipeline visibility, and support sales forecasting
• Resolve client issues in partnership with internal support, service, and product teams
• Collaborate with external partners and attend industry events to expand business opportunities
• Share product knowledge and help train junior team members on consultative selling

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related role
• Strong account management and client relationship-building skills
• Experience creating proposals, quotes, and solution-based sales presentations
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product experts, engineers, and internal teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial print, enterprise sales, or technical sales environments
• Familiarity with solution selling, sales engineering, and business-to-business selling
• Ability to represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client events
