About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-volume HoReCa accounts
- Acquire larger HoReCa clients such as chains and multi-location businesses
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for hospitality entrepreneurs
- Translate market developments into commercial opportunities and proposals
- Coach and guide junior and medior account managers
- Negotiate strategic contracts and commercial terms
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a foodservice organization
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality (e.g., chef or management role)
- OR minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality experience as a chef if no sales experience
- MBO+ diploma, preferably in commercial or hospitality direction
- Strong HoReCa network in the territory
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Residing in the sales region
