Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive renewals across a portfolio by monitoring account health and demonstrating value
• Collaborate with the Head of Customer Accounts on high-impact accounts to secure long-term partnerships
• Translate data into impact stories to show ROI to stakeholders from CFOs to Marketing teams
• Identify early signals of growth or risk and contribute to tailored learning agendas
• Develop proactive strategic account plans to map out stakeholder activation
• Represent the voice of the customer internally by surfacing product feedback and feature requests

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Account Management within ecommerce or digital marketing
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to interpret dashboards, spot trends, and articulate data-driven insights
• Commercial track record managing renewals and upsells
• Confident communicator across email, video, and live meetings
• Organized, proactive, and analytical mindset
