About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of services and products
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health sector
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client services within the behavioral health industry
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software
