About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of services and products
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health sector
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services within the behavioral health industry
- Strong understanding of behavioral health services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software
