Responsibilities
- Build and sustain long-term partnerships with food industry clients by providing market trends, regulatory information, and pricing updates
- Manage accounts through forecasting, contract management, and sales prioritization
- Prepare detailed sales plans for specific locations and individual accounts
- Identify customer needs and opportunities through research, direct contact, and in-person visits
- Develop tailored solutions for client needs using financial analysis
- Conduct effective sales calls and visits with thorough pre-contact planning
- Negotiate effectively to achieve results while adhering to company pricing and strategies
- Execute focused prospecting to locate and qualify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or an equivalent field
- Proven experience in B2B account management within the chemical specialties or food ingredients segment
- Availability to travel within the states of Santa Catarina (SC), Rio Grande do Sul (RS), and Paraná (PR)
