About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing bus operator partners to ensure mutual growth and profitability
  • Identify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators to expand Flix's presence in the US East region
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to execute cohesive strategies
  • Analyze partner performance using data-driven insights to optimize network strategy and maximize profitability
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an externally facing role such as business development, sales, account management, or consulting
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
