Responsibilities

  • Navigate complex organizational hierarchies with key client executives and stakeholders
  • Meet regularly with clients to monitor account health and improve experience
  • Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Monitor client financial health and ensure consistent payment schedules
  • Lead client onboarding and create standard operating procedures
  • Scope and guide implementation stages and timelines for new clients
  • Work globally with counterparts in Asia, North America, and Latin America
  • Monitor client metrics data and work with Global Operations to address escalations
  • Architect 3-year supply chain roadmaps aligned with client business goals
  • Drive product adoption and document client success criteria
  • Use Salesforce to monitor the health of the book of business
  • Mentor and coach fellow Account Managers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, sales, or account management
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
  • Proven track record of cross-selling products
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Process-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and consultative approach to customer growth
