About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 40 NAM Capital clients and serve as their internal Flexport advocate
- Drive revenue growth by identifying credit line increases and cross-selling additional Capital products
- Use supply chain data to identify timely financing opportunities for customers
- Act as frontline commercial intelligence for the credit and risk team by monitoring financial health and repayment behavior
- Build senior-level relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and CEOs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand and Farmer AE teams to develop bundled propositions
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing or commercial roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of proactivity, ownership, and adaptability
- Motivation to meet growth targets and find new opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with working capital, financial statements, or credit products
