About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of 40 NAM Capital clients and serve as their internal Flexport advocate
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying credit line increases and cross-selling additional Capital products
  • Utilize supply chain data to identify timely financing opportunities for customers
  • Act as frontline commercial intelligence for the credit and risk team by monitoring financial health and repayment behavior
  • Build senior-level relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and CEOs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand and Farmer AE teams to develop bundled propositions
  • Contribute insights to the team's growth playbook to inform product and pricing decisions

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing or commercial relationship management
  • Strong commercial drive and motivation by growth targets
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Financial acumen regarding working capital or credit products is a plus but not required
