Responsibilities
- Develop and launch new solutions for complex global Freight Forwarding clients
- Accelerate growth across Air, Ocean, Trade Advisory, Customs, and Control Tower services
- Partner with global sales teams in the US, Europe, and APAC to expand share of wallet
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Fulfillment, and Legal teams
- Drive sales through upselling, client app demos, and managing client operation SOPs
- Conduct business review meetings and monitor NPS to enhance client satisfaction
- Oversee account-level quality assurance and volume forecasts
- Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at large brands
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3–5 years of Account Management experience
- Experience in complex global organizations and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven track record of building and growing strategic global client relationships
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of global business cultures
