Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch new solutions for complex global Freight Forwarding clients
  • Accelerate growth across Air, Ocean, Trade Advisory, Customs, and Control Tower services
  • Partner with global sales teams in the US, Europe, and APAC to expand share of wallet
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Fulfillment, and Legal teams
  • Drive sales through upselling, client app demos, and managing client operation SOPs
  • Conduct business review meetings and monitor NPS to enhance client satisfaction
  • Oversee account-level quality assurance and volume forecasts
  • Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at large brands

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 3–5 years of Account Management experience
  • Experience in complex global organizations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven track record of building and growing strategic global client relationships
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of global business cultures
