Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of marketplace customers, driving retention and wallet share expansion
• Manage a book of resellers, vintage stores, and enterprise buyers across the UK and US
• Drive 10-20% month-on-month growth in retention and wallet share
• Use various channels like WhatsApp, email, and calls to keep customers active
• Proactively identify and re-engage inactive accounts
• Champion self-service by enabling customers to use the Fleek platform independently
• Build AI-powered workflows to scale account management capabilities
• Feed customer insights back to product, operations, and supply teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial or account management role
• Experience working with SMBs, entrepreneurs, or retail businesses
• An AI-first mindset with experience implementing AI or automated workflows in recent work
• Strong systems and process thinking
• Excellent relationship management skills across multiple communication channels
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running a small business or side project
• Genuine interest in fashion, secondhand, or vintage industries
• Sales experience or a background in customer success with revenue targets
• Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
