About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive customer profitability, growth, and retention across strategic global accounts
- Identify opportunities for value-added sales, growth, and increased service adoption
- Conduct profit and loss reviews and ensure commercial agreements are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Engage internal teams such as operations, finance, and technology to deliver service excellence
- Lead strategic conversations to influence customer programs and business decisions
- Develop and execute customer business plans aligned to client goals
- Analyse customer data and trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
- Utilise CRM systems like Salesforce to manage communications and track activities
- Manage and deliver key customer projects with clear stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management
- Proven success managing large, strategic, or multinational customers
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing customer profitability
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong project management capability
- Travel industry experience is preferred
