Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage worldwide activity with top global customers to achieve business retention and revenue growth.
• Proactively identify and service customer cross-functional and geographical operational requirements.
• Act as a revenue growth champion by leveraging industry knowledge and Expeditors' product and service leadership.
• Deliver world-class business reviews and workshops focused on value creation and cost reduction.
• Drive alignment across multiple geographies to identify and address customer supply chain priorities and challenges.
• Collaborate with senior executives to create timely, value-add solutions for the customer's ecosystem.

Requirements

• University or equivalent business qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Proven work experience in business development.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet and perform against KPI requirements.
