About the role

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and support to help clients achieve business objectives
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the Evooq product ecosystem
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and account receivables
  • Maximise client utilisation of Evooq products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in fintech or financial services
  • Proven ability to achieve upselling and cross-selling targets
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Fluency in German and English is required
  • French is a strong asset
