About the role
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and support to help clients achieve business objectives
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the Evooq product ecosystem
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and account receivables
- Maximise client utilisation of Evooq products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in fintech or financial services
- Proven ability to achieve upselling and cross-selling targets
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Fluency in German and English is required
- French is a strong asset
