Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments, transportation providers, school districts, and parents to ensure safe student transport
• Execute programs to improve service quality, productivity, and cost reduction
• Manage daily service of accounts and oversee field operations including client start-ups and retention
• Recruit, vet, and credential third-party transportation service providers
• Liaise between the company and clients to provide guidance and feedback
• Monitor local transportation performance against contract terms and specifications
• Maintain compliance with regulatory policies, client procedures, and HIPAA requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in transportation or operations preferred
• Strong professional communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
• Ability to perform daily travel within the Southern California territory
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
