About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments, transportation providers, school districts, and parents to ensure safe student transport
- Execute programs to improve service quality, productivity, and cost reduction
- Manage daily service of accounts and oversee field operations including client retention and development
- Recruit, vet, and credential third-party transportation service providers
- Monitor local transportation performance against contract terms and specifications
- Maintain safe environments by managing regulatory and client policies
- Liaise between the company and clients to provide guidance and feedback
- Maintain documentation regarding provider operations, maintenance, and safety inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in transportation or operations is a plus
- Strong professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems dynamically
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
