About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and profit objectives for the EU OEM global customer base
- Establish and drive strategy review sessions with direct and indirect teams
- Explore new opportunities and promote Molex products through design-in efforts
- Collaborate with Business Units and Account teams to develop profitable design wins
- Manage customer expectations regarding NPI, product samples, and verification activities
- Identify and develop a network of contacts within customer Engineering, R&D, and Procurement departments
- Gather industry and competitor intelligence to support new product development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant sales and engineering (mechanical or electrical) experience
- Experience working with EU OEMs or Tier 1 automotive suppliers
- Background as a sales, product/design engineer, or resident engineer within the automotive/transportation industry
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
