Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate and government clients to drive business growth.
• Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM, providing regular reports on opportunities, lead status, and revenue forecasts.
• Execute proactive outbound sales activities, including client visits, virtual meetings, and marketing campaigns.
• Identify client training needs and collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions and proposals.
• Oversee accurate pricing, timely invoicing, and payment collection processes.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective measures to achieve objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the training or professional development industry.
• Proven experience working with corporate clients and government organizations in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of P&L, pricing, and costing structures.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.
