About the role

Responsibilities

  • Account plan, manage, and expand strategic customer relationships in Switzerland
  • Drive business development through deep customer understanding and insight selling
  • Manage complex Core/IMS migrations, interworking, and cross-functional orchestration
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and business risks
  • Negotiate profitable contracts and lead commercial management activities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and executive stakeholders
  • Orchestrate execution across internal cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  • Ensure all business activities comply with Ericsson policies

Requirements

  • Strong customer engagement capabilities with deep IT/Telecom industry knowledge
  • Technical expertise in Core fluency (dual mode 5GC/EPC, N26) and IMS/VoLTE/VoNR
  • Proficiency in market analysis, business risk management, and contract negotiation
  • Knowledge of Policy/charging (PCF/PCRF) and UDM/HSS systems
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to align complex technical solutions with strategic business goals
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach
