About the role
Responsibilities
- Account plan, manage, and expand strategic customer relationships in Switzerland
- Drive business development through deep customer understanding and insight selling
- Manage complex Core/IMS migrations, interworking, and cross-functional orchestration
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and business risks
- Negotiate profitable contracts and lead commercial management activities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and executive stakeholders
- Orchestrate execution across internal cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- Ensure all business activities comply with Ericsson policies
Requirements
- Strong customer engagement capabilities with deep IT/Telecom industry knowledge
- Technical expertise in Core fluency (dual mode 5GC/EPC, N26) and IMS/VoLTE/VoNR
- Proficiency in market analysis, business risk management, and contract negotiation
- Knowledge of Policy/charging (PCF/PCRF) and UDM/HSS systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to align complex technical solutions with strategic business goals
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach
