About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively build and manage relationships with clients and their key personnel to become a trusted partner
- Manage the governance framework with clients, including Steering Committees and Business Reviews
- Identify and develop opportunities with existing clients
- Ensure KPIs and targets are being met
- Manage the business side for development, enhancements, or change requests
- Create and maintain forecast models and ensure invoicing is current
- Work with the business development team to renegotiate contracts as required
Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Management experience in financial services, direct cards, payments, or issuer processing
- Native Japanese fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Business-level written English ability
- Strong networking and rapport-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid business environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
