About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and manage relationships with clients and their key personnel to become a trusted partner
  • Manage the governance framework with clients, including Steering Committees and Business Reviews
  • Identify and develop opportunities with existing clients
  • Ensure KPIs and targets are being met
  • Manage the business side for development, enhancements, or change requests
  • Create and maintain forecast models and ensure invoicing is current
  • Work with the business development team to renegotiate contracts as required

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience in financial services, direct cards, payments, or issuer processing
  • Native Japanese fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Business-level written English ability
  • Strong networking and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid business environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
