About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing partnership growth optimizations for Extend’s largest omnichannel merchants
  • Develop and execute growth and merchant relationship management strategies for strategic accounts
  • Monitor program performance using data and insights to identify ROI and growth opportunities
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive leadership at Fortune 500 retailers and brands
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and adoption of new product features across your book of business
  • Manage promotional strategies and marketing development budgets
  • Build multi-threaded connections within merchant organizations, from C-suite to individual contributors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Risk, Analytics, and Marketing to support merchant success
  • Author long-term business plans focused on strategic optimization and growth
  • Inform product roadmaps by gathering and conveying customer feedback and market needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in a dynamic startup environment or Big 4 management consulting
  • In-depth understanding of value drivers in revenue share business models
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and decision-making skills
  • Proven experience in project and program management
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, strategy, and operational teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with eCommerce or FinTech industries
  • Proficiency with analytics reporting tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, or Shopify
