About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Factorial's most important Spanish customers, ensuring a tailored, high-impact approach through regular analysis and data-driven action plans.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted consultant for enterprise-level clients, maintaining regular engagement to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive net revenue growth and product adoption.
  • Recognize and report client trends and risks, designing effective action plans for churn prevention and at-risk clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to maximize client impact.
  • Mentor less experienced peers and share best practices across the Customer Experience team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Account Management.
  • Proven track record of driving upsell, retention, and net growth within client portfolios.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in churn prevention and managing at-risk accounts.
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or proficient) and professional command of English.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing key accounts or enterprise-level clients.
  • Knowledge or experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or HR Software.
  • Previous involvement in process optimization or building Account Management best practices.
