About the role
Responsibilities
- Commercially expand customer relationships in collaboration with Account Executives
- Develop and close opportunities up to $100K
- Analyze customer product usage to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives, Renewals Managers, and Customer Success Managers
- Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Implementation, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing
- Coordinate resources to drive feature exploration and adoption
- Achieve quarterly upsell and renewals targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management (SaaS)
- Experience in a quota-carrying role
- Experience working with companies with 2,000+ employees
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong presentation skills for executive teams
- Knowledge of Google Office and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of digital trends in mobile, web, and email
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
- Prior experience in a startup technology company
