About the role

Responsibilities

  • Commercially expand customer relationships in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Develop and close opportunities up to $100K
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives, Renewals Managers, and Customer Success Managers
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Implementation, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature exploration and adoption
  • Achieve quarterly upsell and renewals targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management (SaaS)
  • Experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience working with companies with 2,000+ employees
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Strong presentation skills for executive teams
  • Knowledge of Google Office and MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of digital trends in mobile, web, and email

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company
