Account Manager, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Drive weekly sales calls to major accounts at all levels of the customer organization
• Ensure predictable renewal of existing contracts and expand license/product footprint
• Increase customer usage and dependency by extending the platform to new business areas
• Drive organic expansion through up-selling and cross-selling
• Manage an ongoing sales pipeline and forecasting process
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams on expansion strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of account management experience in SaaS
• Experience expanding large Fortune 500 enterprise customers
• Proven track record in consultative solution selling and multi-product suite sales
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (20-40%)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• New logo prospecting experience
• Industry knowledge in financial services, life sciences, technology, or insurance
• Experience selling revenue enablement, knowledge management, or learning technologies
