Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a book of commercial and enterprise clients across Southeast Asia and North Asia.
• Drive long-term adoption of voice AI products and monitor customer usage to identify expansion opportunities.
• Own account management KPIs, including Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR).
• Manage the end-to-end renewal and expansion process for your assigned book of business.
• Partner with the early Account Management team to develop scalable playbooks and frameworks for the APAC region.
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction and overall user experience.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a fast-paced SaaS organization.
• Proven commercial experience managing renewals and revenue expansion.
• Professional-level fluency in Mandarin, with the ability to negotiate contracts and articulate complex ideas.
• Professional-level fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address diverse customer needs.
• A customer-centric and product-driven mindset focused on scalability and excellence.
