About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster deep relationships with contacts at prominent consumer brands across all organizational levels.
  • Develop comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales growth for a dedicated brand portfolio.
  • Lead regular client calls and manage project prioritization to ensure timely delivery of strategic insights.
  • Leverage proprietary Stackline tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making and growth solutions.
  • Conduct market, category, and competitor analysis to inform media and operational strategies.
  • Create and execute growth and media plans, including paid search ad development and budget pacing.
  • Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on business trends and category events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant account management experience specifically within the e-commerce sector.
  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze large datasets and present findings.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver clean and concise insights.
  • Proven ability to stay organized while managing complex workflows and multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience translating data insights into actionable e-commerce strategy recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience manipulating data using SQL or similar technologies.
  • Previous experience working in a startup, retail, digital advertising, or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in German, French, Japanese, or Italian.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
