About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients, including CEOs and Board members.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention.
- Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve business targets.
- Act as a product consultant, guiding clients on the effective use of software solutions.
- Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in account management or customer success.
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage all aspects of a client project.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
