About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients, including CEOs and Board members.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve business targets.
  • Act as a product consultant, guiding clients on the effective use of software solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in account management or customer success.
  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage all aspects of a client project.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
