About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with their marketing objectives.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, creating clear and compelling documentation such as meeting minutes and strategy decks.
  • Gather deep insights into client context, industry trends, and organizational dynamics to anticipate needs.
  • Work with the leadership team to set digital strategies and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of all contractually agreed deliverables.
  • Monitor project success through KPIs and web performance metrics, delivering regular reports and dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and manage business development tasks, including timely invoicing and payment processing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Advertising.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stress, ambiguity, and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with established presentation abilities.
  • Conversant in Digital Marketing with a willingness to stay updated on technology trends.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
  • Highly organized, professional, and capable of developing a strong client presence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University education in a relevant field.
  • Previous agency experience managing large accounts.
  • Experience in social media management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Saudi nationality and knowledge of Saudi culture.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
