Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market restaurant accounts to maximize platform adoption.
• Drive regional revenue growth by identifying and executing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key merchants to analyze performance and ensure high ROI.
• Develop proactive retention strategies to identify accounts at risk of churn and secure contract renewals.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Implementation teams to ensure smooth post-onboarding transitions.
• Maintain accurate data and pipeline forecasting within HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or solutions consulting experience.
• Proven track record of managing mid-market accounts, preferably in food tech, restaurant, or POS sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience driving consultative up-sell discussions and negotiations.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to learn about APIs and system integrations.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and ticketing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
