Responsibilities

  • Grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts
  • Build relationships with potential buyers and influencers using a consultative approach
  • Partner with Sales Specialists to develop and close new opportunities
  • Work with Customer Experience teams to optimize service usage and value
  • Lead critical renewal conversations and meet expansion quotas
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and manage portfolio via CRM

Requirements

  • 3+ years of individual, quota-carrying selling experience in Tech, Software, or IT
  • Experience in account planning and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience negotiating and closing multi-year service contracts
  • Superior communication skills and proficiency with MS Office tools
  • A. or B.S. degree
