Responsibilities
- Grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts
- Build relationships with potential buyers and influencers using a consultative approach
- Partner with Sales Specialists to develop and close new opportunities
- Work with Customer Experience teams to optimize service usage and value
- Lead critical renewal conversations and meet expansion quotas
- Accurately forecast opportunities and manage portfolio via CRM
Requirements
- 3+ years of individual, quota-carrying selling experience in Tech, Software, or IT
- Experience in account planning and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience negotiating and closing multi-year service contracts
- Superior communication skills and proficiency with MS Office tools
- A. or B.S. degree
