About the role
Responsibilities
- Own ASEAN accounts (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore) for DB solution growth
- Build pipeline primarily through Account Reviews, XBRs, and partner-led motions
- Drive expansion at renewal and within existing SW footprint accounts
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle with strong focus on conversion and closure
- Collaborate with Core AEs, partners, and SEs on deal execution
- Maintain forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline
Requirements
- 5–8 years in B2B tech sales (infra / database / observability preferred)
- Strong pipeline generation and quota attainment track record
- Experience managing ASEAN accounts and multi-country sales cycles
- Ability to run structured customer conversations and drive outcomes
- Proficiency in Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa Indonesia or Malay (preferred)
