About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strategic account planning and proactive customer engagement
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including new user activations and scanner sales
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with doctors at key multi-location accounts
- Utilize data and customer feedback to analyze your book of business and formulate engagement plans
- Provide consultative solutioning and negotiate commercial terms based on customer goals
- Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Customer Support teams to drive satisfaction and product enhancements
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the dental industry within Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Proven track record of upselling and growing an account portfolio
- Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders at small to medium-sized businesses
- Strong data analysis skills and comfort using dashboards to inform outreach
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in London 5 days per week
