Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strategic account planning and proactive customer engagement
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including new user activations and scanner sales
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with doctors to foster trust and loyalty
• Utilize data and customer feedback to analyze your book of business and formulate engagement plans
• Provide consultative solutioning and negotiate commercial terms based on customer goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Customer Support and Training to improve the customer journey
• Experiment with new tactics and talk tracks to reduce churn and improve retention

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the dental industry within Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
• Proven track record of upselling and growing an account portfolio
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort using dashboards to inform decision-making
• Native or near-native fluency in the local language (Spanish/Catalan) and fluency in English
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain, with an in-office requirement of 4 days a week
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
