Account Manager DACH market

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in the DACH market
• Drive satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement and personalized strategies
• Develop sales growth via cross-selling, up-selling, and effective churn management
• Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support and timely communication
• Educate clients on new products and features to align with their specific use cases
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to provide product feedback
• Conduct regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates

Requirements

• Native level of German and fluency in English
• Proven customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
