Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with an assigned base of MSP partners
- Upsell and cross-sell Cytracom products and services to maximize account value
- Collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities and co-create solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain accurate contact records and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM
- Conduct quarterly reviews of partner performance, funnel health, and opportunity pipelines
- Deliver product demonstrations and support sales efforts to help partners improve close rates
- Develop and execute customized partner plans aligned with Cytracom’s goals
Requirements
- Experience in relationship management and business development
- Ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion through partner engagement
- Strong organizational and accountability skills
- Proactive communication skills for aligning partners and internal teams
- Business-minded approach to understanding MSP operating models
