About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee interim worker follow-up including absences, paid leave, and sick leave
- Support interim workers from integration through mission completion via field presence and loyalty actions
- Act as the primary contact for the client and lead regular follow-up meetings
- Manage disciplinary procedures in compliance with regulations and internal processes
- Monitor workplace accidents and implement prevention actions such as safety briefings and corrective measures
Requirements
- Successful experience in HR or the temporary staffing sector
- Experience in client account management, site implantation, or operational follow-up
- Experience in an industrial environment is appreciated
- Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Proficiency with IT tools, specifically Excel
- Ability to work on-site and engage in field-based proximity work
Benefits
- Fixed salary between €24k and €26k gross per year
- Uncapped variable component
