Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee interim worker follow-up including absences, paid leave, and sick leave
• Support interim workers from integration through mission completion via field presence and loyalty actions
• Act as the primary contact for the client and lead regular follow-up meetings
• Manage disciplinary procedures in compliance with regulations and internal processes
• Monitor workplace accidents and implement prevention actions such as safety briefings and corrective measures

Requirements

• Successful experience in HR or the temporary staffing sector
• Experience in client account management, site implantation, or operational follow-up
• Experience in an industrial environment is appreciated
• Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills
• Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Proficiency with IT tools, specifically Excel
• Ability to work on-site and engage in field-based proximity work

• Fixed salary between €24k and €26k gross per year
