About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create value propositions and drive strategic solutions for clients within your book of business
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the logistics network
  • Conduct monthly internal and external business reviews
  • Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to origin and destination points
  • Manage the quoting process and engage with Implementation Managers for new business
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities and manage a target of 10% Net Revenue growth year-over-year
  • Manage financial and operational anomaly reports, including AR and invoicing requirements
  • Collaborate with stations and clients to maintain a healthy collections process

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED required
  • Minimum of five years of related professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven negotiation and closing techniques
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of four years of specific industry experience
