About the Company

Constrafor is a SaaS and fintech platform purpose-built for construction. We are setting new standards of productivity and cost-efficiency for the way General Contractors and Subcontractors manage procurement & financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients utilizing Constrafor's Early Pay Program
• Grow customer participation and drive a healthy referral program
• Prepare and process client requests accurately and efficiently
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with SMB subcontractors
• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients in a prompt and professional manner
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of the Early Pay Program
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless ongoing support for our clients
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanding product usage
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer service
• Experience in financial services or construction industry preferred
• Ability to manage a portfolio of 30-40 clients
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a bias towards action
• Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of financial concepts such as cash flow management or receivable financing
