Constrafor is a SaaS and fintech platform purpose-built for construction. We are setting new standards of productivity and cost-efficiency for the way General Contractors and Subcontractors manage procurement & financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients utilizing Constrafor's Early Pay Program
- Grow customer participation and drive a healthy referral program
- Prepare and process client requests accurately and efficiently
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with SMB subcontractors
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients in a prompt and professional manner
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of the Early Pay Program
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless ongoing support for our clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expanding product usage
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer service
- Experience in financial services or construction industry preferred
- Ability to manage a portfolio of 30-40 clients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a bias towards action
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of financial concepts such as cash flow management or receivable financing
