About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain an assigned book of business by meeting client needs and requirements
- Pursue new opportunities and rounding of accounts for all available lines of coverage
- Prepare renewal submissions to insurance carriers and negotiate renewal terms and conditions
- Prepare renewal proposals and oversee binding instructions to carriers
- Review complex Certificate of Insurance requests, contracts, and policies for accuracy
- Oversee the workflow and performance of Account Analysts and Technical Assistants
- Manage account receivables for assigned clients
- Maintain data accuracy in Sagitta and WorkSmart
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Commercial Multi-line Property & Casualty Brokerage experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Property & Casualty Producer License
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of WorkSmart (Document Management System)
- Knowledge of Sagitta (Agency Management System)
- Specialized designations such as ARM, CIC, or CPCU
