Responsibilities
- Business management: analyze KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion rate, etc.) and monitor performance of product categories and merchants
- Quality and customer satisfaction management: ensure compliance with SLAs (delivery times, after-sales service, returns), product sheet quality, and price competitiveness
- Commercial animation: negotiate and organize commercial operations to boost sales and visibility
- Support and advice: build trust with merchants, identify needs, and propose best practices
- Process improvement: contribute to optimizing internal processes and relay merchant feedback
Requirements
- Bac+4/5 degree (business school, university, etc.)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Rigorous and methodical approach to multitasking
- Proactive and dynamic attitude
- Strong business sense and commercial drive
- Team spirit and effective communication skills
