Responsibilities

  • Business management: analyze KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion rate, etc.) and monitor performance of product categories and merchants
  • Quality and customer satisfaction management: ensure compliance with SLAs (delivery times, after-sales service, returns), product sheet quality, and price competitiveness
  • Commercial animation: negotiate and organize commercial operations to boost sales and visibility
  • Support and advice: build trust with merchants, identify needs, and propose best practices
  • Process improvement: contribute to optimizing internal processes and relay merchant feedback

Requirements

  • Bac+4/5 degree (business school, university, etc.)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Rigorous and methodical approach to multitasking
  • Proactive and dynamic attitude
  • Strong business sense and commercial drive
  • Team spirit and effective communication skills
