About the role
Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth and quota attainment for a book of business within the Communities segment, focusing on both Renewal Revenue (GRR) and Expansion (NRR).
- Execute a "land and expand" strategy by identifying white space within existing customer portfolios to drive upsells of Community Verification products.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, proactively engaging with clients starting 180 days out to ensure zero budget lapses or churn.
- Mitigate churn by monitoring account health, usage data, and organizational changes within client companies.
- Lead high-impact Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that translate technical performance into ROI and business objectives for key decision-makers.
- Act as a strategic liaison between commercial clients and the Product team to influence the product roadmap based on retail-specific needs.
- Navigate complex commercial procurement and contract negotiations to secure multi-year master service agreements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying account management, customer success, or sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue quotas and meeting retention targets.
- Experience managing and closing opportunities with Annual Contract Values (ACV) ranging from $100k to $1m.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce, MarTech, and performance marketing personas.
- Ability to navigate complex retail organizations and maintain account stability during executive transitions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to map out multi-year growth plans for large-scale retailers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with customers in apparel, consumer electronics, home goods, or sports and outdoors segments.
- Experience working within a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong consultative problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal guidance.
