About the role
Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth for assigned commercial and eRetailing accounts, exceeding quotas for both Renewal Revenue (GRR) and Expansion (NRR).
- Execute a "land and expand" strategy by identifying white space within existing customer portfolios to drive Community Verification product adoption.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for expansion opportunities, from initial discovery to contract amendment and closing.
- Proactively manage the renewal lifecycle starting 180 days out to ensure zero budget lapses or "dark" periods.
- Mitigate churn by monitoring usage health, program performance, and organizational changes within client companies.
- Lead high-impact Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that translate technical data into ROI and business objectives for key decision-makers.
- Act as a strategic liaison between commercial clients and the Product team to influence the product roadmap based on retail-specific needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying account management, customer success, or sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue quotas and maintaining high retention targets.
- Experience managing complex portfolios with ACVs ranging from $100k to $1m.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce, MarTech, and performance marketing personas.
- Ability to navigate complex retail organizations and maintain account stability during executive transitions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to map out multi-year growth plans for large-scale retailers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with customers in apparel, consumer electronics, home goods, or sports and outdoors segments.
- Experience working within a high-growth startup environment.
- Consultative problem-solving skills with a focus on customer business objectives.
