About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all post-sales activity for Commercial customers through relationship-building and product knowledge
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients from program administrators to C-suite
  • Drive usage of the Navan platform to ensure clients manage 100% of their Travel & Expense programs through the platform
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals through account expansion, renewals, and cross-selling
  • Identify opportunities for expansion across new departments, teams, and geographies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams
  • Successfully onboard new clients and ensure they unlock maximum value throughout their lifecycle
  • Travel to customer sites as appropriate

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing role within a rapidly growing SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrable track record of high performance and success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail
  • High energy and proactive approach to problem-solving
