About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all post-sales activity for Commercial customers through relationship-building and product knowledge
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients from program administrators to C-suite
- Drive usage of the Navan platform to ensure clients manage 100% of their Travel & Expense programs through the platform
- Meet or exceed revenue goals through account expansion, renewals, and cross-selling
- Identify opportunities for expansion across new departments, teams, and geographies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams
- Successfully onboard new clients and ensure they unlock maximum value throughout their lifecycle
- Travel to customer sites as appropriate
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing role within a rapidly growing SaaS company
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrable track record of high performance and success
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail
- High energy and proactive approach to problem-solving
